72Grace Hanako Ishikawa, 91, of Honolulu, a retired dietary aide at the Queen's Medical Center, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Wainaku, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Frank T.; sons Kenneth K. and Walter T.; sisters Bessie Fujihara, Mae Hiraoka, Sharon Ishikawa and Maile Takane; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
