74Ronald Keliiokalani Otholt, 52, of Ewa Beach died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by parents Edna and Joseph Pedro, brother Joseph "Chad" Pedro and sisters Lucian Bond, Alyce Phillips, Crystal and Trudy Pedro and Tessie Anduha. Celebration of life:2 p.m. March 24 at Moanalua Mortuary. Casual attire. Loose flowers welcome.
