Age 84, of Hawaii, passed away February 12, 2012 in Honolulu. Born July 5, 1927 in Bitalag, Bacnotan, La Union, Philippines. Employed as a teacher, clerk at Criminal Investigation Service with Philippine National Police (Philippines Constabulary) also worked for Al Philipp’s the Cleaner.
She is survived by sons, Henry (Yolanda) Lactaoen, Ricardo (Norma) Lactaoen, Arnold (Myrna) Lactaoen, Ronald (Teresa) Lactaoen, Eugenio (Mildred) Lactaoen Jr.; daughter, Cecilia (Bryan) Lactaoen-Villanueva; 14 grand-children; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Consuelo Noble.
