William F.Y. "Sonny" Chong Jr., 85, of Honolulu, an Army veteran and a Hawaiian Electric Co. accountant, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Bessie L., daughters Lisa Chong and Karen C. Tokumoto, brothers Paul Fernandez and Raphael Phillips, sisters Winona Foulks and Leatrice Cazinha, and a grandchild.
