Shigeko Yabe, 97, of Hilo, a retired Kamehameha Garments employee, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Kula, Maui. She is survived by son Ronald, daughters Lillian Matsuda and Ellen Niimi, brother Masaru Nagata, sister Nancy Urami and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
