74Tadashi "Tad" Matsukawa, 102, of Honolulu, an electrical engineer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Earl K.; daughters Gail M. Tamashiro, Joyce H. Aquino and Terry S. Amimoto; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Palolo Hongwanji. Casual attire. No flowers.
