Herbert "Yobo" Chung, 84, of Lihue, an Army veteran and a retired employee of Global Associates in Kwajalein, died in Kauai Hospice. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Herbert A., Michael A., Richard A., Edwin D. and Louis K.; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Private services.
