70Alfredo Umarog "Pedong" Basig, 69, of Kahului, a participant in Maui Economic Opportunity's Senior Community Service Employment Program assigned at Hale Mahaolu Elua, died. He was born in Batac City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Trinidad C., sons Audie and Rizalino, daughter Divina G. Taroma, sister Brigida Duldulao and eight grandchildren.
