Age 96, of Waialua, Hawaii, passed away November 19, 2011 in Wahiawa. Born October 22, 1915 in Waialua, Hawaii. Thomas was a retired field supervisor with Waialua Sugar Plantation.
He is survived by sons, Thomas K. (Harriet) Kazama, Frederick (Pamela) Kazama PH.D of Mass., Rodney (Sharon) Kazama, M.D., Ross (Marjorie) Kazama, Esq.; brother, Francis (Nancy) Kazama; sister, Betsy Park of CA; sister-in-law, Faith Kurooka; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; numerous
nieces & nephews.
