81Gracie Mae Oi Ngan Pang, 86, of Honolulu, a retired city Parks and Recreation Department director, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Cyril, Eldon, Dane and Tracy; brother Dr. Joseph S.M. Chang; sisters Lani E. Chang and Ethel Au; three grandchildren; and two hanai grandchildren. Private services. Celebration of life to be held at a later date.
