Herbert Justin Swift, 87, of Kailua, a retired services and supplies manager at Hawaiian Tel and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Norman; daughters Veronica and Tracy Swift, Gloria Brown, Cynthia Silva and Carol Pohina; brother Robert; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grand-children.
