75Jessamine S. “Jaz” Char, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Board of Water Supply employee, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Michael, Gregory and Joey; daughter Jennifer Arashiro; sister Rachel Chang; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
