Troy D. Griffin Jr., 65, of Mililani, a retired Army lieutenant colonel, died in Mililani. He was born in San Antonio. He is survived by wife Annemarie Newman, daughter Marlies Blackford, sister Carol Zittle and a grandchild. Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Main Post Chapel, 790 McCornack Road, Schofield Barracks.
