Age 89, of Honouliuli, Hawaii, passed away March 2, 2012 in Kailua. Born January 18, 1923 in Ewa, Hawaii. A retired Big Way Super Market produce manager and WWII 100th Battalion Infantry Veteran, POW and Bronze Star recipient.
He is survived by wife, Jane Kamikawa; sons, Edwin (Carol) Kamikawa, Kenneth (Karen) Kamikawa, Derek Kamikawa; daughters, Janice (Richard) Yuasa, Irene Kamikawa, Lynn (Greg) Tam; 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, Yoshito Kamikawa, Osamu (Dorothy) Kamikawa; sisters, Yoshiko (Kazuto) Sugimoto, Tome Gushi, Susan (Kenneth)
