Teruo Michinaka, 96, of Honolulu, a retired carpenter and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by son Roy, daughters Carol Ishizaki and Kay Okumoto, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Private services.
