Jose "Joe" Cabison Sr., 81, of Hilo, formerly of Papaikou, Hawaii, a retired construction worker and a Marine Corps veteran, died at home. He was born in Mokuleia. He is survived by sons Jose Jr., Russell G. and Lance; brothers Santos Sr. and Ramon Sr.; sisters Lorrain Rivera and Rose Costales; and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Papaikou, Hawaii. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire. No flowers.
