Age 72, of Mililani, Hawaii, passed away February 17, 2012 in Mililani. Born May 8, 1939 in Waialua, Hawaii. Retired from the Department of Defense, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Hawaii Detachment, Lualualei, Hawaii Quality Evaluation Laboratory. A member of St. Louis Alumni
Association.
He is survived by wife, Ruby T. Otake; sons, Ty Y. Otake, Clinton M. Otake; daughter, Michele L. Otake; brothers, Calvin Otake, Arthur Otake; sister, Eileen Otake.
Visitation 10:00 a.m. Saturday (April 14) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Memorial Service 11:00 a.m. Casual Attire. No flowers, please.
