83George Yuen Fat "Uncle" Fung Sr., 74, of Kailua, a retired airline ramp service employee, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Duane N., Delbert A., Kyle A. and George Y.F. Jr.; daughters Loretta K. Fung and Kelly D. Haas; brothers Joseph S.
