73Mildred E. Germano, 82, of Honolulu, a retired cook, died in Honolulu. She was born in Hono-lulu. She is survived by husband Robert J., daughters Barbara Carvalho and Healani Ome, brothers Robert and David Brooks, sisters Eleanor Bingham and Eloise Anderson, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
