Walter Thomas Perreira, 85, of Kailua, a Hawaii County Department of Public Works cost accountant and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Marie D.V.; son Duane; daughters Yvette Lewis-San Ramon, Emelyn Furtado, Anne Eustaquio and Millicent Gilmore; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Kailua. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
