72Aka Hemmings, 59, of Honolulu, who worked in the construction business, will be remembered in a celebration and scattering of ashes 8 a.m. Saturday at Kailua Beach Park, across from Buzz's; parking available at Lanikai Elementary School. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Mark and Fred, and sisters Mia and Heidi. Loose flowers welcome.
