78Helen Patricia Kuwada, 84, of Honolulu died in St. Francis Hospice. She was born in Spring Valley, Minn. She is survived by husband Richard; sons Mark, James and Tad; brother James Root; sisters Margie Freyberg, Shirley Atkinson and Ruth Underwood; and five grandchildren.
