Thomas F. Farquhar, 60, of Honolulu, a retired Navy chief petty officer, died in Community Living Center at Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Connecticut. He is survived by sister Nancy Depaola. Committal services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
