Andrew Apau San Akina "Andy"Kahili, 78, of Hilo, a former machinist at Hilo Iron Works, factory superintendent at Hilo Coast Processing Mill and substitute janitor at Chiefess Kapiolani School, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Jessie; son Andy Jr.; stepson Tyson Agno; stepdaughter Corinne Inada-Aki; brothers Ernie Kahili and Ronnie Kekoa; sisters Toni "Antoinette" Kaipo, Piilani "Lucille" Aki and Eva Inada; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 5 p.m. Graveside committal services: 10 a.m. Friday at Homelani Memorial Park, Lehua Section. Casual attire.
