Samuel Hanalei Manalo, 67, of Waimanalo, a retired painter, died at home. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by wife Helen K., son Howie, father Thomas, sister Cindy Leary, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m.
