72Kathryn M. "Rusty" Premeaux, 62, of Honolulu died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Mark E. and Thomas A., brothers Ed and Alex Grantz, sister Kathleen Vasconcellos and three grandchildren. Private services and burial.
