76Eleanor Hatsuko Fukushima, 93, of Honolulu, a retired medical assistant for a private practice, died in Hale Pulama Mau. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by son Harvey Y., daughter Mary Jane T. Yagi, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Private services.
