77Evelyn Elsie Wallis, 89, of Kailua, a Maunawili Farm horseback-riding instructor, died in Kailua. She was born in Laurel, Md. She is survived by sons William P. and Paul B.; daughters Jan Knapik, Karen Fitzgerald and MariLynn DiLullo; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
