71Tad Tadato Nagasako, 77, of Hilo, a retired Hawaii County deputy planning director and County Council legislative aide, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Janet, daughter Lori Arakaki and sisters Tamie Onouye, Ruth Frost and Debbie Shimabuku. Visitation: 3 p.m. Tuesday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
