76Filipino Ballesteros "Peping" Valencia, 79, of Lahaina, a Maui Land & Pineapple Co. retiree, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Peralta Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Eugenia; sons Roger, Arthur, Ronnie, Orlino, Edward and Richard; daughter Shirley Companero; brother Manito; sisters Aurelia Abes and Lina Pillos; 14 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
