74Manuel Martin "Maning" Bumanglag, 99, of Honolulu, a retired kitchen utility helper at the First Hawaiian Bank executive dining room, died in Honolulu. He was born in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by son Dennis; adopted daughter Emmy Pascua; stepsons Tony, Felipe and Larry Siazon; stepdaughter Helen Siazon; sister Felipa Sampayan; two grandchildren; and numerous step-grandchildren.
