73Wallace Y.F. Chang, 87, of Honolulu, a technical director of the Naval Shore Electronics Engineering Activity, Pacific, at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, and nuclear planning manager in the Planning Department at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died in St. Francis Hospice, Nuuanu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Claire; son Keith; daughters Carrie Talwar and Kara Carlyle; brothers Anthony, Winfred, Clement, Eugene and Wayland; sister Aileen Lee; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 6301 Pali Highway. Services: 11 a.m. Private burial. No flowers.
