Alfred Carvalho Jr., 76, of Kapaa, Kauai, a City and County of Honolulu Refuse Division retiree, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born on Oahu. He is survived by wife Carrie, daughter Theresa Asuncion, brother Douglas, sister Shirley Barboza, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private celebration of life.
