He is survived by son Lucas R.K.M.; parents Stanley Sr. and Ida; brothers Stanley M. Otake Jr. and Mauoni K. "Bulla" Otake-Akina; sisters Yurie Akina, Rebekah Soifua, Eilee Takemoto, Ellise Loo, Dardy Alaimo and Helene Otake; hanai brother Quinlinn K. Adolpho; and grandparent Helen S. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kohala Ward Chapel, Hawi. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawi County Cemetery. Casual attire.
