Primitiva Viernes Abad, 86, of Honolulu died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Vintar, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by son Angel Jr., daughters Hipolita Rosete and Eva Abad, and six grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John the Baptist. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Valley of the Temples. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.

Age 87, of Aiea, Hawaii, passed away April 24, 2012 in Honolulu. Born September 20, 1924 in Loda, IL.

He is survived by son, William Phillip Kuntz III; daughters, Phyllis (William) Rollins, Nancy Kuntz MD, Beverly (Rick) Richey, Roxane Carreira, Laurie Kuntz; sister, Ruth Wilson; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

Visitation 5:30 p.m. Tuesday (May 8) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; Funeral Service 6:30 p.m. Casual Attire. No flowers, please.

Age 90, of Wahiawa, passed away on April 17, 2012. Born in Kekaha, Kauai, she was a homemaker. Preceded in death by her husband, Sukuichi, she is survived by her son, Leslie; daughters, Patricia Arakaki, Charlotte (Robert) Tsuha, Vernelle (Pete) Lakatani and Susan (Drake) Sensui; grandsons, Peter, Scott and Aaron; brother, Theodore Hide Kaneshiro; sisters, Toyoko (Seiko) Kaneshiro and Tomiko (Sadao) Oshiro; sister-in-law, Jeannie (George) Kaneshiro; brothers-in-law, Robert Arakaki and Henry Arakaki; numerous nieces and nephews. Private service held.
