Richard Kyu Young "Joe" Chung, 91, of Ho-nolulu, a retired Coast Guard seaman, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Bertha, son Richard, daughter Susan Souza, brothers Louie and Andrew, sister Teresa Groforson, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Saturday at Evangelical Christian Church, 957 20th Ave., Honolulu.
