Lionel Ronald Silva Sr., 74, of Hilo, a retired Teruo Matsumoto Inc. heavy equipment operator, died at home.He was born in Pahala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Doris; sons Ashley and Lyle; daughters Bernadette Navor, Tina Wilson, Tanya Haleamau and Deanna Martin; brothers Albert, Bernard and Donald; sister Loretta Lorenzo; 25 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation:8 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Hilo Stake Center, 1373Kilauea Ave. Hilo. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
