74Betsy Tomiko Uemura, 84, of Honaunau, Hawaii, a retired Kealakekua Library custodian, died at home. She was born in Kealakekua. She is survived by sons Terry and Aaron; daughters Lorna Motogawa, Ruth Andrade and Lori Ann Edmundson; brothers Eric and Richard Kira; sister Grace Hayashi; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kona Stake Center, 75-230 Kalani St., Kailua-Kona. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Keei Japanese Cemetery. Casual attire.
