George P. Fernandez Sr., 88, of Sidney, Ohio, an engineer, died in Sidney. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons George P. Jr., John R., William J. and Thomas E.; daughters M. Catherine Vernon and M. Elizabeth Bailey; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Services to be held in Sidney. Flowers welcome.
