83Tsuyuko "Lorraine" Delfin, 89, of Waipahu died in Harbor City, Calif. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by daughters Alice Low, Janet Hagarty, Patsy Carvalho, Barbara Perez, Gen Lappin and Audrey Johnson; 19 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
