Howard G. Dutcher, 77, of Honolulu, a mining engineer and an Army veteran, died in St. Francis Hospice Honolulu. He was born in Illinois. He is survived by wife Sue, son Thomas D. and a grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Pali View Baptist Church, 45-510 Halekou Road, Kaneohe. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 10 a.m. Monday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
