Allen Laulani "Uncle Reggie" McKeague, 87, of Waimanalo, a civil service retiree from Hickam Air Force Base and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Hannah; son Reginald P.; daughters Carnation P. Rapoza, Bernadette M. Fox and Allene H. McKeague; brother Albert; sister Alice Kane; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Thursday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
