77Herminio Bautista Balagtas, 58, of Manalapan, N.J., a public school system custodian, died in New Brunswick, N.J. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Leonora; son Christopher; daughters Vanessa, Ivy J. and Kyra J.; parents Isidro and Maura; brothers Hector and Isagani; and sisters Rebecca Balagtas and Elvira Pestano.
