73Wanda Branco, 82, of California, formerly of Kailua, a retiree, died in Fountain Valley, Calif. She was born in Oklahoma. She is survived by son Andy Snodgrass. Services: 1 p.m. Friday at Kailua United Methodist Church. Burial: 3 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Aloha attire. No flowers.
