She is survived by daughter, Amy Nakayama Townsend; grandson, Chad Townsend; sister-in-law, Lillian Hara; sister, Mildred Sakata; caregiver, Donley Family.
Visitation 5:00 p.m. Monday (May 21) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Memorial Service 6:00 p.m. Casual Attire. No flowers, please.
