77Andres Ramento Fiesta, 69, of Kahului, a former barangay captain in the Philippines, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Lumina T.; sons Roberto T., Bonny T., Mario J.T. and Raky T.; daughter Mercedes F. Acosta; brothers Guillermo R., Miguel R. and Boy R.; sisters Vicitacion F. Ramit, Lita Fiesta, Rosita F. Sagario and Sonia F. Baldos; and nine grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Wednesday at Christ the King Church.
