81Harriette Ululani Yoshino, 73, of Lihue, a clerk at the Kauai County Department of Motor Vehicles, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Hawaii. She is survived by daughters Karen Lumacad, Lianne Yoshino, Noreen Javinar and Elise Guirao; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. June 2 at Borthwick Mortuary, Koloa, Kauai. Services: 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
