76William C. Strachan, 76, of Phoenix and Honolulu, a retired captain at Western and Delta airlines, died in Phoenix. He was born in Aberdeen, S.D. He is survived by wife Mary Lou, son Steve, daughter Susan Strachan-Payne and three grandchildren. No services. Private scattering of ashes.
