71Irene Akina Fernandez, 74, of Wahiawa died in Wahiawa. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Benjamin C. Sr.; sons Benjamin C. Fernandez Jr. and Wayne Clarose; daughters Lynn and Jaclin; brothers Vale, Francis and Celestino "Kata" Maduli; sisters Lucia Abero and Nina Cablayan; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
