Randell I. Owens, 58, of Ocean View, Hawaii, a Marine Corps veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Portland, Ore. He is survived by sister Mia. Services: 1 p.m. Monday at Wanda and Ed Torres' home, 92-1477 Aloha Blvd., Ocean View. Scattering of ashes to be held at a later date. Casual attire.
